**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all night shift facility operations across the premises.
- Ensure uninterrupted support services (housekeeping, security, pantry, transport coordination, etc.) during night hours.
- Maintain BPO-specific facility standards such as uptime of workstations, power backup, HVAC, and other utilities.
- Conduct regular facility checks to ensure hygiene, safety, and functionality are up to standard.
- Address facility-related issues and resolve them promptly or escalate as necessary.
- Monitor attendance and performance of facility staff during the night shift.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
- Coordinate with transport teams for night shift employee pick-up and drop-off logistics.
- Maintain daily facility reports and handover notes for day shift teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the point of contact for emergencies or escalations during night hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
