**Job Title: International BPO Team Leader**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify key talent pools, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.

2. Generate leads through various channels including online sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships.

5. Develop and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and attrition within the recruitment team.

6. Prepare staffing rosters and daily work plans to ensure optimal resource allocation and productivity.

7. Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

8. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and facilitate skill development.

9. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and deliver customized solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of success in market research, lead generation, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience in driving performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in managing teams and conducting team meetings.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
