Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify potential suppliers and source products or services based on organizational needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely manner.
- **Purchase Planning**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- **Cost Management**:

- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Explore opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure purchased products meet quality standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential risks in the procurement process.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- **Budget Management**:

- Work within established budgets for procurement activities.
- Provide regular reports on budget utilization and variance.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Keep all relevant parties informed of procurement progress and potential issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
