**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate purchasing activities to secure best rates and terms from suppliers.
- Track supply chains to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain project timelines by aligning procurement activities with project schedules.
- Manage purchase numbers, analyze data for cost-saving opportunities, and generate reports.
- Handle administrative duties related to purchasing, including documentation and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience; freshers welcome.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
