
Servicing Claim Executive

Responsibilities
- Handling Cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Taking care of the endorsement of various corporate clients.
- Help employees and HR by giving them knowledge about the claim process.
- Coordinate with insurance and TPA for any deficiency in documents and arrange it.
- Maintain CD statement of all corporate client assigned to you.
- Ready to answer calls 24*7 and be extremely responsible.
- Reporting to Manager on daily basis and updating reporting sheet in timely manner.
- Taking care of Endorsements on monthly basis.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims in any TPA or insurance brokers.
- Familiarity with whole process of Health claims.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Graduate in any stream
