**Job Description**:

- For RVNL project:

- Multiple internal and external stake holder management for material logistics coordination for RVNL project.
- Tracking of supplier orders, material deliveries, import related coordination, taxes & duties, warehouse and transportation coordination, site material management and till the delivery of the material for site installation.
- Customer billing and collection coordination for entire project cycle.
- Revenue tracking for the project and reporting to PM and CPM on periodic basis.
- Single point of contact for customer for all site commercial matters.
- For regional projects:

- Outlining the scope of interdepartmental co-ordinations for all Strategic projects
- SPOC for Factory coordination, Exports items, Dispatch planning, Domestic & International logistics, Equipment Code creation, MIS reporting
- Follow up for Invoicing, timely Collection, Warehouse Management, Stock clearances
- Providing comprehensive project data to teams to help them work more effectively
- Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling processes
- Coordination for and adherence to Statutory Compliances, Site Compliances, EHS Compliances.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree with experience of 8-10 years in project business
- Past Proven records working in IBMS and / or relevant Industry
- Knowledge of SAP MM Module, Commercial Transactions, basic taxation
- Experience of handling International logistics
