Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Communication:

- Efficiently coordinate project management activities, ensuring smooth workflow and team communication.
- Act as a liaison with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist in schedule management to optimize project efficiency.

Client-Facing Communication:

- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing evolving project needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any impediments and ensure smooth project flow.

Budget and Risk Analysis:

- Assist in budget preparation and analyze risks and opportunities associated with the project.
- Monitor project progress closely and address any issues or obstacles that arise, promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst for in-depth project requirement understanding and seamless implementations.

Coordination and Delivery:

- Leverage a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in project management (non-technical)/coordination, from conception to delivery, to guide the development team on client-side requirements and also communicate and update the client based on the progress of work.
- Contribute to monitor and manage delivery and priority roadmaps for individual projects and the organization.

Required Skill Sets:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science/IT/technology-related fields.
- Minimum 4+ years of project coordination experience.

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- Proficient in project management tools - JIRA or Similar
- Proficient in Excel and Excel automation for reporting and tracking.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-facing communication experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
