Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT industry.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to expand the reach and visibility of the organization.
- **Qualification of Leads**:
- Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to qualify leads effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are aligned with the organization's target market.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous lead generation efforts.
- Track and manage leads through CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Communication and Engagement**:
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to understand their IT needs.
- Conduct initial discussions and presentations to create interest in the organization's products and services.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information for successful conversion.
- Collaborate on strategies to optimize the sales process and improve lead conversion rates.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market research findings.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the lead generation process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
