About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent convincing power, and a passion for sales. Candidates with good contacts and networks in Pune will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Pune.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Meet sales targets and achieve business growth.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches/presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals.
- Networking and maintaining contacts in Pune.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience (preferred), freshers are welcome with the right skillset.
- Good knowledge of the Pune market.
