**Job Title** **:Customer Support Executive (CSE)**

**Job Location : Guwahati**
- Routine check and maintain the Internet & LAN connection.
- Installation and resolution of problems of all network related equipment viz. Switches, Routers, Network Printers, and Scanners etc.
- Regular checks on Windows and Antivirus Updates and installation of security fixes, patches and updates provided by OEM. Periodic monitoring & scanning for prevention from viruses & other threats.
- Regular monitor and maintenance of the surveillance cameras.
- Software administration
- Attending all maintenance and breakdown calls of equipment under AMC and maintain register for all maintenance and breakdown calls.

**Qualification Criteria**:

- Qualification/Certification: BE/B.Tech/BSc IT in Computer Science/IT/ Electronics & Telecommunications or 3 Years Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Telecommunication or BCA/MCA or CCNA certified.
- The person deputed must be having an on-field experience for providing similar nature of service for at least 2 years for one having B.E/B.Tech or MCA or CCNA certification and minimum 3 years’ experience for those with B.Sc IT /3 Years Diploma in Engineering/BCA or equivalent qualification /certification.
- The persons deputed must have well versed knowledge of all kind of Hardware maintenance & troubleshooting. Certifications Viz. CCNA or Equivalent is a must.

Pay: ₹23,700.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
