**Job Profile - CSE - Customer Service Executive**
- **To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.**:
- **Resolve the customer issue for international customers.**:
- **To provide the best resolution to the customers.**:
- **Maintain the better relationship with the customers.**:
- **Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.**:
- Qualification: 12thand Above
- **Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) - MI**:

- **Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours - Night, Noon, Day - Business req.**:
- **6 days Working**:
- **Relocate - WFO**
- Relocation bonus of Rs. 10,000 (**International process**) probation period - 3 month
- Free Guest House Accommodation for 15 days(Jaipur) = stay - Breakfast
- Travel tickets reimbursement up to Rs.700.
- 18-24 month - eligible for abroad

- Cost of living is less as compared to metro cities; PG is available in the range of 3.5 to 5K.
