Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers via phone and other communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently while promoting our products and services.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilising phone etiquette to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Employ upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Analyse customer feedback and trends to provide insights for improving service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer queries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, showcasing strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly valued).
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing our capacity to serve a broader clientele.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and feedback effectively, contributing to service improvements.
