**Job for Customer Support Executive**
- Handle inbound calling for customer service.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
