**What will you do**:

- Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboarding new employees to become fully integrated
- Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

**Requirements**:

- College degree in human resources, business administration or related field, plus a minimum of 1-year IT recruiting experience, preferably in IT company.
- Good understanding of souring skills
- Effective convincing / negotiation skills
- Able to work as part of a team, managing a large and varied workload.
