**Supporting Actions**

Platform & vendor selection and vendor management
- Assist Lead Commercial Excellence in the selection and implementation of an S&OP platform to enhance our sales and operations planning processes.
- Support in requirement gathering, design and implementation of the program.
- Assist in implementing the tools while managing project milestones and timelines
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure alignment with business goals and optimal performance of implemented solutions.
- Ensure program is managed with timely interventions

Technology integration and change management
- Seamless integration of S&OP and CPQ tools with existing systems, facilitating efficient information flow and decision-making.
- Lead change management efforts from the tech side to drive adoption of new technologies across the organization, including training and support for end-users.
- Support in value realization of the program and delivering business impact

B2B e-Commerce Integration
- Enable accommodation of diverse customer and business needs and use cases.
- Drive the digital enhancement of Customer Self-Service, ordering and account management capabilities.
- Integration of IBP, E-commerce and CRM Systems: Implement a seamless integration between the IBP, CRM platform and the B2B e-commerce portal to ensure data consistency and provide a unified customer view.

Operational Efficiency through cross functional collaborations
- Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align technology initiatives with broader business strategies.
- Support in evaluation of cost savings and value realization from tech & operational improvements.
- Analyze and drive employee productivity and resource utilization with help of technology.

Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor Of Science,MBA

3-5 Years
