**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate (Digital Chat)

**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Shift**: 24/7 Rotational | 5 Days Working
**Department**: Operations - Digital (Chat)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries through **live chat** with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved cases to internal teams as needed.
- Maintain detailed chat logs and ensure all responses meet quality standards.
- Meet and exceed key metrics like **response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction**.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better service delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent written English and typing speed.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM, chat tools, and ticketing systems.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible to work **rotational shifts**, including weekends/holidays.
**Education**: SSLC / PUC / Graduate (Any Stream).
**Experience**: 1+ year in International Chat / Digital Customer Support preferred.
