Location: Bangalore, India

Shift: 24/7 Rotational | 5 Days Working

Department: Operations – Digital (Chat)

Job Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Support Associate (CSA) to provide real-time chat assistance to global customers. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, empathetic, and quick-thinking, delivering prompt and professional solutions while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through live chat with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain detailed chat logs and ensure all responses meet quality standards.
  • Meet and exceed key metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written English and typing speed.

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Familiarity with CRM, chat tools, and ticketing systems.

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Education: SSLC / PUC / Graduate (Any Stream).

Experience: 1+ year in International Chat / Digital Customer Support preferred.
