**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services to potential customers and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and trade shows.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Maintain a database of clients and prospects in the CRM system.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
