Salary:

- 20,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Diploma OR Any Graduate

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in sales field.
- Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 Years of Proven experience as a sales and marketing or in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to travel as needed
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
