**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory tax requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings.
- Support audits and liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations and other related documentation.
- Perform other data entry related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role, preferably with knowledge of Indian taxation and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally, and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
