Back Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order & Dispatch Processing**: Prepare and generate accurate sales orders and corresponding delivery challans to facilitate timely dispatch of goods.
- **Customer Order Management**: Attend incoming calls, professionally record customer orders, and address initial queries to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Billing Operations**: Handle end-to-end client billing, create invoices, and accurately enter all billing data into the company's system.
- **Client Coordination**: Proactively handle and fulfill specific client requirements, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Accounts Receivable Support**: Conduct systematic follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- **Tender Management**: Assist in the preparation, documentation, and submission of offline tender forms and related paperwork.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
