
Back Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and stock-related documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and updating internal databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Dispatch) for timely order execution.
- Handle email correspondence, vendor communication, and follow-ups.
- Support compliance-related documentation and maintain proper filing systems.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and summaries as required by management.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Other requirements
Experience in the pharma industry preferred.
Salary Offered
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
