Job Title: Senior Accountant - knowledge of Returns GST TDS individual income tax returns p.tax returns.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all aspects of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling accounts, tax compliance, and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations related to the company's activities
  • Ensure proper recording, classification, and reconciliation of all transactions related to the company's bank accounts
  • Prepare and file all required tax returns including GST, TDS, and income
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to accounting and taxation
  • Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports to assist management in making strategic decisions
  • Coordinate with Director regarding routine accounting and financial matters
  • Maintain accounts journals/ledgers
  • Coordinate with Sales executive debtors outstanding.
  • Check and verify vendor/supplier bills
  • Prepare and disburse cheques of vendors, suppliers
  • Maintain purchase/sales records
  • Maintain bank transactions, bank books, and daily cash,
  • complete liaison with Banks for all Accounting and reconciliation
  • Audit schedules as per requirements
  • Maintain a record of financial data and correspondence as per accounting standards
  • Manage Inventory and Store Records with the related person
  • Correspondence through phone and emails related Salesperson
  • Preparing Management accounts as per the requirement of banks monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly & yearly
  • Review and analyze financial statements and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the training and development of junior accounting staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments and external auditors as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS
  • Expertise in accounting software Tally, MS Office, and other accounts-related software
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare MIS reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
