1. To look on regularly basis Indent and PO is getting updated in the FMS sheet or not. If not need to follow up with the concerned person.

2. Have to take follow up on sheets;
- FMS Sheet-PO GENERATION
- FMS / ORDER TO DELIVERY
- FMS Export order to dispatch
- Tds Payment
- Stock Statement
- FLANGE SHOP PMS
- Forging PMS
- Accounts Dept. Checklist
- Bright Bar QA Checklist
- Bright Bar Maintenance Team Checklist
- Maintenance /Electrical Department Checklist
- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SHEET-IMS
- ITEM REPORT
- Main Gate Inward
- Main Gate Enquiry
- PPM Reading
- New Joining form

To share every individual task on a daily basis.

Take follow up to every individual through (face to face, call, message or mail).

3. Updating status column in FMS Sheet
- PO Generation through ERP System are;
- Receive Material
- Quality and Quantity Check passed?
- GRN and Accounts Approval

4. Weekly cross checking FMS Sheet-PO Generation sheet with ERP system reports.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,005.21 per month

- Day shift

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
