Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability, and throughput.
  • Developing process simulations and models to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process problems and implement solutions.
  • Conducting process audits and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Participating in the commissioning and startup of new processes and equipment.
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and leading the implementation efforts.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements.
  • Training operations staff on new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, simulation, and modeling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Experience with process automation and control systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
