Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join Venlar Corporation, a leading company in the chemicals industry. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at improving our customer satisfaction processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is vital to the success of our operations and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability, and throughput.
  • Developing process simulations and models to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process problems and implement solutions.
  • Conducting process audits and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Participating in the commissioning and startup of new processes and equipment.
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and leading the implementation efforts.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements.
  • Training operations staff on new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, simulation, and modeling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Experience with process automation and control systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
