**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives and marketing goals.
- **Influencer Identification**: Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) who resonate with our brand and target demographics.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and budget constraints.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that highlights our products and fits their unique style and audience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimize future strategies. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
- **Market Trends**: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to ensure our influencer marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care industries.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and a robust network of industry contacts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and wellness.
