Execution Assistant to The Founder

**About the Role**:
This is not your average assistant role. We’re looking for an Execution Assistant — a sharp, street-smart, high-energy individual who can keep up with a high-performance founder building multiple companies. You’ll be the founder’s right hand, managing everything that boosts his productivity, protects his time, and helps him execute faster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be available around the founder throughout the day
- Handle physical logistics — driving, errands, deliveries, shoot support, studio setup, etc.
- Help plan, prep, and execute video shoots or social media content (phone-based)
- Ensure the founder’s workday flows smoothly (food, movement, space, etc.) -Fill in for communication or coordination when our current assistant is unavailable
- Maintain basic records, update task lists, track actionable
- Learn how the founder thinks and preempt needs before asked
- Handle odd tasks that make the founder more productive (troubleshoot tech, organize space, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Hindi & basic English
- Should know how to drive a car (2-wheeler optional)
- Familiar with social media apps (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Comfortable being on call and around the founder as needed
- Doesn’t get overwhelmed by chaos or high-pressure situations
