About the Role

This is not your typical internship or executive role. You'll work directly with 
Dimple Vaswani
, Founder of 
Revny Wellness
, and get a front-row seat to what it takes to build a wellness brand from the ground up.

The work will be diverse, one day you might be brainstorming marketing ideas for a new product launch, the next day handling an operations issue, coordinating with vendors, or setting up an email campaign. It's an open-ended role, perfect for someone who loves learning, problem-solving, and taking initiative.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting the founder in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Coordinating across marketing, operations, hiring, logistics, and product development.
  • Helping plan and execute product launches and campaigns.
  • Researching and preparing briefs for new ideas, trends, and initiatives.
  • Managing follow-ups, communication, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Supporting community events, initiatives, and partnerships.
  • Handling unexpected challenges (and learning how to solve them fast).
