ITS Operation

1. LAN & WAN Troubleshooting

2. WIFI Installation & Troubleshooting

3. Firewall & Proxy Troubleshooting

4. ISP & Vendor Coordination

5. Monitoring of Link and physical verification of devices on daily basis

6. Coordination with ISP of ILL & P2P to maintain SLA.

7. Preforming N/W device (Health & configuration Backup) bi weekly

8. Monitoring VPN stability & its UP time regularly

9. Preparation of Audit regular basis

10. Monitoring all Spoke location & DRDC requirement

11. On time escalation to ISP & related vendor for any support and notifying Management

12. Follow-up till resolution / solution and sharing periodic input with management

13. Ticket & SLA Compliance

14. Supporting for new deployment / Project
