**Job Title**: Recruitment Associate

**Location**: Sector 62, Noida (On-site)
**Working Days & Timings**: Monday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm
**Experience**: 1-3 years in similar role (Freshers with exceptional skills may be considered)
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience + Performance-Based Incentives

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in drafting job descriptions and creating recruitment materials.
- Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Research and identify new recruitment strategies and sourcing channels.
- Help in creating reports and metrics to measure recruitment success.

**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices is plus
- Bachelor or master degree in business administration or commerce or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
