- In this role, you will be part Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and develop update job descriptions and job specifications._
- Responsibilities_

- _Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives._
- _Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc._
- _Onboard new employees to become fully integrated._
- _Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_

**_ _**
- _Proven work experience as a Recruiter with in-house recruitment background for US/Canada client._
- _Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews._
- _Hands on experience with various selection processes (Phone interview, technical round, reference check etc.)_
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Strong decision-making skills_
