- ** Should have cleared the Typing test with accuracy as detailed below**:
**Utilities requirement threshold**

**Speed (WPM) Mininum 20**

**Accuracy (%) 90%**

Total Experience Expected: 00-02 years

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 years of experience in BPS preferably Utilities

- ** Help manage and support all aspects of customer’s queries from move homes, billing, payment plan to meter exchange/exceptions**:
