About the Role
We are looking for a female Process Associate to join our team at the Noida Technical Centre. The candidate will be responsible for handling and coordinating all process-related activities for our Mumbai Branch, while also assisting the Head Office in maintaining stock and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and process flow for the Mumbai branch.
- Liaise with sales, service, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare quotations, maintain order tracking, and handle process documentation.
- Assist Head Office in maintaining stock, inventory updates, and related records.
- Support management in reporting, data accuracy, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
