Position: IT Associate (Software and Hardware)

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science or related field)

**Salary**: Up to 6 Lacs per annum

Location: Sahibabad and Greater Noida

**Responsibilities**:
2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues reported by staff and students.

3. Manage and maintain the school's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

6. Ensure the security and integrity of data stored on school servers and systems.

7. Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement IT projects and initiatives.

8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the field of IT.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an educational institution.

3. Strong knowledge of software and hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

4. Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

5. Experience with network administration and management.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) would be an advantage.
