Key Responsibilities:
**Calendar Management**:

- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prioritize conflicting requests and ensure the CEO's schedule is optimized.

**Communication Liaison**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

**Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for both domestic and international trips.
- Prepare travel agendas and ensure all necessary documents are organized.

**Meeting Support**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues and catering.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.

**Confidentiality**:

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project deadlines are met.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
