Executive Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
- Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Provide administrative support to special projects as required.
- Ready to travel for meetings throughout Mumbai.
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate delayed meetings; capable of preparing professional PowerPoint presentations as needed.

**Experience and Skills**:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using scheduling tools, MS Office, or other productivity software.
- Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
**Additional Considerations**:
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if events or urgent tasks arise.
- Trustworthy and discreet, as the role involves managing sensitive information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
