Job description
The Executive Assistant (Female) to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the MD’s office. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the MD.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
Document and File Management:
Organize and maintain the MD’s files, records, and documents for easy access.
Handle confidential information and sensitive materials with discretion.
Project Assistance:
Assist the MD with research, analysis, and tracking of various ongoing projects.
Ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met by providing administrative support and follow-up.
Office and Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies, maintain office organization, and support general office functions.
Handle personal tasks and ad hoc requests as required by the MD.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
**Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Working Conditions:
Full-time role with occasional overtime based on business needs.
Some travel may be required for meetings or company events.
