**Job Title : Sr. Executive**
**Department : CRM**
**Function : Customer Relationship Management**
**Supervisor / Manager’s Title : Sr.Manager**
**Working Time; 10:30AM to 7PM**
**Working Days; Monday to Saturday**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ø Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession
Ø Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements
Ø Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report
Ø Co-ordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logic's.
Ø Responsible for Demand generation, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Material, Debit & Credit Note creation
Ø Responsible for handling customers of Lawns & Beyond project contains entire customer data base
Ø Attending customers who visit sites with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query. Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process.
Ø Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call
Ø Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage
**CUSTOMER INTERACTION & FOLLOW UP**:
Ø Dealing with customer complaints, queries & request of information.
Ø Payment follow up and maintenance of feedback, keeping track of Registration process.
Ø Coordination with agents and respective Banks for payment/loan disbursement.
Ø Updating Customers through E- mails/ phone calls as required.
Ø Solving queries of new customers for existing as well as upcoming projects in terms of location, rates, floor plans etc.
Ø Solving queries of existing customers regarding the total amount paid by them, total outstanding, explaining the breakup pattern, complains and call them back with resolution.
**DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT**:
Ø Preparing and providing crystal clear documents like Allotment letter, Sale Agreement, Construction Agreement, Nomination Agreement, Possession letter, Sale Deed and Tripartite agreements. Drafting NOC & Allotment Agreement.
Ø Ensuring Standardized MIS Procedures for each project separately including maintenance of daily Collection Report, Performance Report and Updating MIS Etc.
Ø Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports and keeping track of brochures.
Ø Generating Installment /Demand letter time to time
**HANDLING BANKING AND LEGAL DOCUMENTATION**:
Ø Coordinating with the legal department ensuring proper documentation and process with regards to client management and address client dispute acting as a mediator for quick resolution
Ø Ensuring company policies and procedures are complied, including compliance of processes and policies as per the law
Ø Generation of NOC in Standard Bank format for different Banks.
Ø After receiving a certain amount of money, coordinating with the customer
Ø Documentation done during registration of Sale Deed for completed projects before Possession/post possession
**SOFTWARE PRO**:
Ø Generating Money Receipt/ total collection
Ø Month wise outstanding (individual/Brokers/loyalty) project wise for follow up and for management reference
Ø Generating Demand Letter/ Reminder Letter
**CROSS FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION & COLLECTION**:
Ø Cross functional coordination to ensure processes are transitioned as per plan, stabilize, and identify opportunities for optimization and supporting respective functions
Ø Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
**Any desired work exposure / working knowledge to be successful in the role**:

Ø **Banking background**
Ø **Work experience in CRM real estate firm**

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
