Training Administrator
Minimum Qualifications
- Good Proficiency in English and
computer
Job/ Tasks Required
The Training administrator must be able to:
- Update the training delivery plan in LMS
- Training Report Update in SAP / LMS
- DPC Administration support
- Assist DPC administrator in assigning
ILP
- Track & Report Organizational e-learning
progress level
- Maintain tool utilization & maintenance
record
- Maintain Literature records
- Order tools in DBS
- Prepare Quote for training programs
- Update & Maintain the Training asset
records
- Create Invoice for customer programs in
DBS
- Co-ordinate with Admin department for
stationary requirements
- Co-ordinate with vendors for maintaining
training assets
- Co-ordinate with Admin department for
participants meals & refreshments
- Co-ordinate with Admin department to
keep the training facility neat and tidy
- Prepare the service technician
certification status report
- Follow-up with SBU PSM & Participant
post enrollment into a program
- Comply with routine reporting
requirements
- Flexible to work after office hours when
needed to meet customer needs
- Perform other duties and responsibilities
as assigned by the Supervisor / training
Manager. May be assigned to specialize
in specific areas.
- Adhere to all company policies and
procedures.
Performance Standards
- Performs assigned duties with a high
level of cooperation.
- Achieve a minimum of 95% (on an
average) accuracy on the reports
- Reports / assigned Tasks are completed
within the allotted time (at-least 95% of
time)
- Training reports are complete, legible
and submitted on time.
- No cases occur where the customer’s or
the company’s equipment is damaged
due to instructors neglect or abuse.
- Maintains a neat and clean work area.
- Incurs no unexcused absences or
tardiness during the evaluation period.
- Abides by all company policies and
procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
