**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- ** Platform Administration**: Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- ** User Support**: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders regarding ServiceNow functionalities.
- ** Incident and Problem Management**: Manage incidents and problems within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
- ** Service Catalog Management**: Develop and maintain service catalogs, ensuring accurate and efficient request fulfillment processes.
- ** Workflow Management**: Design, implement, and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform components to improve process automation and efficiency.
- ** Upgrades and Patch Management**: Plan, test, and implement platform upgrades and patches, ensuring mínimal disruption to services.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- ** Training**: Train and support end-users and other administrators on the effective use and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
- ** Compliance and Security**: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including data security and privacy regulations.
**Qualification**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- ** Certifications**: ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs).
- ** Soft Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
