Role Summary

The main objective of the Training Administrator is to support the Senior Resource Manager in maintaining training manual, records printed materials etc.,

The Training Administrator will maintain regular communications with line managers across Pensions Delivery and is responsible for capturing any training requirement and coordinate with the senior training Manager to get this implemented across the teams.

A key focus of the role will be Maintaining training schedule, managing client training, maintaining training records, learning Management system and support the expansion of Professional Qualifications for our staff

While the day to day activities of the training Administrator require working methodically and with great attention to detail, they must approach these tasks keeping in mind a high-level understanding of how the data under pin straining requirements the schedule and progress review demonstrates at Exec summary level. The Training Administrator will be required on occasion to maintain discretion and follow security protocols when handling sensitive information.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

Working with the Training Manager, providing training administration across EQP IT.

Maintain Training Schedule:

- Liaise with Training Manager to create Course Schedule
- Book people on courses
- Book MS Team remote training meeting
- Check Course Attendance

Manage client training:

- Liaise with Training Manager and Client on training requirements
- Printed Manuals
- Drinks, Lunches etc.

Maintain Training Records:

- Waiting Lists
- Who’s been Trained on what
- Maintain central training documents, manuals, PowerPoints, eLearning etc.
- Create Training Reports

Learning Management System:

- Manage changes to LMS
- Support Training Manager in keeping LMS up to date

Apprenticeships:
Work with others on:

- Onboarding, Induction
- Progress Review, expectations, measurement
- Liaise with line managers on placements
- dback from team
- Manage buddies/mentor
- Support Appraisal process

Support the expansion of Professional Qualifications for our staff:

- to examination boards
- Capture Process for submissions

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- MS Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good spoken English & Good written English
- Good organisation and administration skills
- Must have an eye for detail
- Ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient
- Knowledge of Access Database and SQL queries would be an advantage
- Comfortable to facilitate Teams meetings, capturing actions and minutes
