
Field Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients looking for office/commercial spaces
- Conduct field visits and site inspections with prospective tenants
- Generate leads through field activity, cold calling, and local networking
- Maintain and update client database and property listings
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable leasing options
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into successful deals
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and brokers
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (leasing/real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-ground sales activity
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
