**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven **Field Sales Executive** with at least 2 years of experience in product sales. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective product promotion and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience in field/product sales**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
