**Primary Roles**
- Assist walk-in customers at Ather Retail Space and ensure best customer experience.
- Demystify the Ather 450 X scooters, charging solutions and the ownership model by giving detailed product demos and test-rides.
- Interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions and providing relevant solutions/ answers and walk them through the whole process, from pre-order/ booking to delivery.
- Support dealer revenue objectives by ensuring that monthly sales targets are met.
- Ensure a seamless delivery experience to Ather customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of Ather vehicles.
- Executing marketing events to drive more sales while maintaining superior customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist walk-in customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, while asking the right questions and listening carefully to ensure best customer experience.
- Explain the ownership models in detail and act as a consultant to help the customer make the right buying decision.
- Proactively consult and guide customers to the appropriate next step in the sales process, test ride, vehicle pre-order, finance and lease options, delivery and handover to service.
- Promote any Ather merchandise and accessories available for customer purchase, explain in detail product features and benefits.
- Use outstanding communication and listening skills to ensure payment options meet your customers’ expectations; close the deal.
- Help transition customers to our Service departments to support their ownership experience, selling the quality and convenience of service repairs and/or aftermarket parts and accessories available in the service departments.
- Assist in maintenance of inventory display to keep the customer experience as smooth as possible. Ensure time management, opening/ closing SOP's are followed at Ather Experience Centre.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills**
- Graduate in Science/Engineering would be ideal but we are happy to overlook this if you are confident in your know-how of technology.
- Need to be an automobile/tech enthusiast, and have the passion to learn more about automobiles and what’s happening in the automotive/tech world.
- Must have a valid Two-wheeler license.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal) is a base requirement and any other regional language will be a definite plus.
- Knowing the local language is a plus.
- And most importantly, you need to have a way with people - charm and enthusiasm will take you a long way in this role.

Fresher’s and Graduates with 1 - 3 years’ experience in automotive/ tech retail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
