**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues related to shipping and delivery.
- Address customer complaints and strive to find satisfactory solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers.
- Liaise with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Knowledge and interest in the health and wellness industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹16,304.71 - ₹44,135.34 per month
