**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation and Qualification**
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities, trade shows, and digital channels.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive client database.

**2. Client Communication and Relationship Management**
- Present company products effectively, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.

**3. Sales Operations and Negotiation**
- Prepare and share competitive price quotations.
- Draft and issue **Pro Forma Invoices (PI)** ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to product details, pricing, and delivery schedules.

**4. Reporting and Coordination**
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in export sales or a similar profile.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
