Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across global markets. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing client communications, preparing quotations and pro forma invoices, and successfully closing deals to drive export growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities, trade shows, and digital channels.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive client database.

2. Client Communication and Relationship Management

  • Engage with international clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Present company products effectively, addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.

3. Sales Operations and Negotiation

  • Prepare and share competitive price quotations.
  • Draft and issue Pro Forma Invoices (PI) ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Handle inquiries related to product details, pricing, and delivery schedules.

4. Reporting and Coordination

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in export sales or a similar profile.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
