Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve export sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while meeting customer requirements.
Sales Operations:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for international markets.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business missions to promote the company’s products.
Maintain a strong online presence and leverage digital marketing tools to reach potential customers.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all export sales activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of export sales representatives.
Provide training and support to ensure the team meets sales goals and delivers excellent customer service.
Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in export sales is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of international sales processes, export regulations, and market dynamics. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software.
Attributes: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
