Export Executive

Provide ongoing support and information to key customers of the Exports. Replying to the client requirements by demonstrating Product and Company presentations and convincing them to become OCA's Clients.
- Keeping track of all Export Orders Execution of all Exports Orders so that there should not be any delay for despatch.
- Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey on a yearly basis.
- Maintaining reports to measure sales target vs. achievement.
- Lead generation call to old customers or new customers.
- RFQ management so that all RFQs are converted in Quotations for Exports.
- Exports Quotation follow-up so that all the offers pertaining to Export Quotations are converted into orders
- Maintaining key account relationships with some customer whom we might have to interact regarding payment/supply problems /any other miscellaneous issues if any.
- Preparing the list for Top Clients for Exports financial year basis. Revival of dormant customers pertaining to Exports.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
