**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Maintain and manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide accurate information to clients about our services, ongoing projects, and office procedures.
Maintain a logbook for visitors and appointments.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**
**Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month**
